Can DSD files be copied to a disc and be played on my SACD Player?
Simply... No. DSD Data Discs or DSD Disc are not read by SACD Players. The SACD disc format 'contains' DSD data (one bit information) but the SACD requires certain encoding that is proprietary to Sony. It's similar to a Redbook CD player not being able to read 44.1/16 bit wav files. You can't put a data disc in an SACD or CD player and expect it to be readable.
That being said, there are a few (very few) SACD players with the ability to read DSD Discs, but those DSD Discs are not SACDs.
